	Medium-Term Management Vision , the "S21 Plan" In June 2000, Fuji Electric Group launched the "S21 Plan," a new medium-term management vision to steer the Fuji Electric Group into the 21st century. The aim of this plan is to bolster the Fuji Electric Group's standing as the company that provides customers with the highest satisfaction. This will be accomplished by reinforcing core areas such as power semiconductor devices and other power electronic products, low-voltage circuit breakers and switches, systems businesses such as water treatment systems, and vending machines. At the same time, the "S21 Plan" calls for the concentration of resources on four areas with excellent growth potential: environment, information systems, services and components. Through flexible and dynamic management, Fuji Electric intends to drive renewed growth across the entire Group in line with a unified management vision.
